You asked – we’re delivering. Back by popular demand, the 5k team relays will feature at this years’ Daikin Night of 5’s. As many of you know, running tends to be a solo battle – you pushing your limits and seeing what you can run, you’re on your own! But for the third time, we’re mixing it up!
Grab your friends, family, club mates or run club buddies and take on the Team Relay.
Wondering how this will work? Here are the rules: Please note specific rules for each relay.
LSKD Open/Social 5000m Team’s Relay – 5:40pm
- Team size (3-5 members)
- NO age restrictions
- NO team ratios apply
- Everyone must run a minimum of 1 lap (400m) – first runner must run at least 550m before hitting the first ‘changeover box’.
- Team baton must travel 12.5 laps
- Runners must change batton in the ‘changeover box’
